Leaf Removal

Initial Deep Clean of Leaves on Entire Property on ground level not including pools. This is one-size fits all for up to 1 acre pricing structure based on the property in multiples of a quarter acre (give or take 11000 square feet // quarter acre = 108700 square feet). Properties over one acre are priced per 1000 square feet.

Includes collection from end to end and under all shrubs/trees/accessible porch/patio, clean up, and removal of all leaves and yard debris collected during the service.

Does NOT include weeding, grass cutting not resulting from any leave collection equipment’s operation, collection and removal of non leaf and non yard debris like trash and junk. Does not include the spreading of mulched leaves or other materials intended for installation after the leaf clean up. Does not included gutters, roofing, pools, or trampolines.
